產品維修、退款及保養條款  

Product Repair, Refund and Warranty Terms

 

1. 所有產品均以未組裝狀態提供，客戶需自行組裝。All products are provided unassembled. Customers are responsible for self-assembly.

 

2. 本公司所售之所有產品均不設維修、退款及任何形式之保養服務。  All products sold by our company are not eligible for repair, refund, or any form of warranty service.

 

3. 客戶於購買前請自行確認產品規格及狀態，一經確認訂單及付款，恕不接受任何理由之退換或維修要求。  Customers are responsible for confirming product specifications and condition before purchase. Once the order is confirmed and payment is made, no returns, exchanges, or repair requests will be accepted for any reason.

 

4. 本公司對於產品因使用、安裝或其他任何原因所產生之損毀或損失，概不負責。  Our company is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use, installation, or any other cause related to the products.

 

5. 產品圖片僅供參考。實際產品可能因生產差異而在顏色、尺寸或質地上略有不同。Product images are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly in color, size, or texture due to manufacturing differences.

 

6. 所有磁磚貨品之色調深淺均可能因為生產批次不同而出現些許偏差，而貨品之實際規格亦會因為原廠切割關係跟標示上的規格略有不同。現場貨辦僅供參考。  The color depth of all tile products may vary slightly due to different production batches, and actual product specifications may differ slightly from those stated on the label due to factory cutting. On-site product samples are for reference only.

 

7. 磁磚乃高溫燒製品，完成品本身難有完美平直。貴客安裝時，應為磁磚之間的縫位預留適當距離。  Tiles are fired at high temperatures, so the finished products may not be perfectly straight. Please allow for appropriate spacing between tiles during installation.

 

8. 產品尺寸以四捨五入計算，可能與實物有差異，只供參考。  Product dimensions are rounded and may differ from the actual product; they are for reference only.
