Terms of Service

 

1. 本店提供的所有商品及服務，僅限於合法用途。All products and services provided by our store are for lawful purposes only.

 

2. 顧客需於下單時提供準確資料，並完成付款程序。Customers must provide accurate information and complete payment when placing orders.

 

3. 本店對因不可抗力（如天災、物流延誤）而導致的損失不承擔責任。  We are not responsible for losses caused by force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, logistics delays).

 

4. 本公司僅出售國際品質機構認可貨品，部份品牌之質素更遠高於國際要求之水平，歡迎向本公司職員查詢。  Our company only sells products approved by international quality organizations. The quality of some brands is far higher than international requirements. Please feel free to inquire with our staff.

 

5. 本公司保留隨時修改本條款及細則的權利，恕不另行通知。以最新版本為準。The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always apply.

 

6. 所有訂單確認均以Tade Design Group Limited最終決定為準。如有任何爭議，Tade Design Group Limited將保留最終決定權。  All order confirmations are subject to the final decision of Tade Design Group Limited. In case of any disputes, Tade Design Group Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
