Shipping Fee Terms

 

1. Tade Design Group Limited(「本公司」)會於客戶下單後兩個工作天內聯絡客戶確認訂單並提供付款連結。成功付款後,現貨產品會於十四個工作天內發貨。Tade Design Group Limited (“the Company”) will contact the customer within two (2) working days after an order is placed to confirm the order and provide a payment link. Upon successful payment, in-stock items will be dispatched within fourteen (14) working days.

 

2. 發貨時間或因供應情況而有所調整。客戶可選擇延遲送貨,但必須於下單日起三十天內完成送貨,否則需支付額外倉儲費用。 Shipping times may vary depending on stock availability.Customers may postpone delivery, but delivery must occur within thirty (30) days from the order date; otherwise, additional storage fees will apply.

 

3. 所有產品的運費均以產品實際體積及重量計算,每一宗交易的運費可能有所不同。  All product shipping fees are calculated based on the actual volume and weight of the products. Shipping fees may vary for each transaction.

 

4. 由於產品運送至海外,運費將根據當時的運輸公司收費及匯率實時計算,最終運費以公司確認為準。  As products are shipped to oversea, shipping fees will be calculated based on the prevailing rates and exchange rates at the time of shipment, and the final shipping fee will be confirmed by the company.

 

5. 客戶下單前請先查詢運費報價,所有運費一經確認並付款後,恕不接受任何更改或退款。  Customers should inquire about shipping fees before placing an order. Once the shipping fee is confirmed and payment is made, no changes or refunds will be accepted.

 

 

6. 送貨服務只限於將貨品送至最近可到達的停車位置。如送貨地點距離停車位置較遠,需額外收取服務費。Delivery is limited to car-side drop-off at the nearest accessible parking area. If the delivery location is a significant distance from the parking area, additional service charges will apply.

 

7. 如需搬運至樓上單位(需經樓梯、斜道、升降機或特別車輛如大貨車),需額外支付運費。如因沒有升降機而需吊運或外牆送貨,將收取額外服務費。For door-to-door delivery requiring transport via stairs, ramps, elevators, or special vehicles (e.g., large trucks), additional freight charges will apply. If hoisting or external wall delivery is required due to lack of elevator access, extra service fees will be charged.

 

8. 如運輸員工到達送貨地點時發現有額外收費(如停車場收費或屋苑入閘費),相關費用須由客戶承擔。If the transport staff discovers additional charges upon arrival at the delivery location (such as parking fees or estate gate charges), these additional costs must be borne by the customer.

 

9. 如因客戶疏忽而導致未能如期送貨,包括但不限於客戶填寫的送貨地址或聯絡資料有誤,或於預約時間內無人簽收貨品,需另行安排送貨時,客戶須支付額外一次完整運費及等值回倉費,並須於送貨前繳清餘額。If delivery cannot be completed on time due to customer negligence—including, but not limited to, incorrect delivery address or contact information, or no one being available to sign for the goods during the scheduled time—an additional full delivery fee and an equivalent return warehouse fee will be charged. The outstanding balance must be paid before delivery is rescheduled.

 

10. 如受惡劣天氣或交通問題影響,送貨安排將會暫停,詳情有待通知。If delivery arrangements are affected by bad weather or traffic problems, deliveries will be suspended and further details will be notified.

 

11. 貴客收貨時應小心核對貨品並簽收。如有任何問題,請即時與本公司職員聯絡;驗收後,本公司恕不負責。如客戶於收貨時即時發現貨品有明顯損壞,我們的客戶服務部將跟進並安排退換。如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。Customers should carefully check the goods and sign for them upon receipt. If there are any issues, please contact our staff immediately; after acceptance, the company will not be held responsible. If the goods are found to be obviously damaged upon receipt, our customer service department will follow up and arrange for a return or exchange. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.

 

12. 此更換及退款安排不適用於已使用的貨品。所有退換貨品必須保持完整並保留原包裝。貴客應保留原裝貨盒,以便本公司職員於補貨時識別貨品批次。如因未能提供批次資料而引起問題,本公司恕不負責。This exchange and refund policy does not apply to products that have been used. All returned products must be intact and in their original packaging. Customers should keep the original box for our staff to identify the product batch during restocking. The company will not be responsible for any issues arising from the customer’s failure to provide batch information.

 

13. 除非因嚴重疏忽或故意不當行為,本公司不會對送貨過程中造成的任何損壞或損失負責。The Company is not responsible for any damage or loss caused during delivery, except for cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

 

14. 確認送貨時間後,如需更改,必須於送貨日前最少三個工作天(不包括公眾假期)通知本公司。逾期通知者,送貨期將重新安排,並需繳付行政費。如需臨時更改送貨時間,必須於原定送貨日前三個工作天中午12時前,聯絡本公司客戶服務部(852)61885913或cs@eminent-hd.com,否則須承擔額外行政費用。If you need to change the delivery time after it has been confirmed, you must notify us at least 3 working days (excluding public holidays) before the delivery date. Late notification will result in rescheduling and an administrative fee. For last-minute changes, please contact our customer service department at (852) 61885913 or cs@eminent-hd.com before 12:00 noon, 3 working days prior to the original delivery date; otherwise, additional administrative fees will apply.
